Argument into the bail application filed by lawyers representing detained Margibi junior senator Roland Kaine Friday took placed at criminal court ‘C’at the Temple of Justice on capital hill in Monrovia.
During the argument, cllr. Francis Garlawolo told the court that his client was never mentioned in the indictment and should therefore not be held behind bars continously for crime he did not commit.
For her side of the argument, the prosecution maintained that it has established propable cause to have the detained senator prosecuted.
Meanwhile,the judge of the court Karboi Nuta has set the ruling in the argument based on an assignment to be announce at a later date.
